Big Changes in NY Sexual Harassment Law
What Every Business Needs to Know
New York State recently passed a law that has major implications for all New York employers. Specifically, employers will be required to provide employees with specific sexual harassment prevention policies as well as annual sexual harassment prevention training. All New York state employers must comply, regardless of the size of the business. New York City has similar but not identical provisions.
Topics include:
- Sexual Harassment Prevention Policies
- Sexual Harassment Training Requirements
- Arbitration of Sexual Harassment Claims
- Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Other Changes in the Law
