Description: A study of where, why and how buildings leak above and below grade and the procedures to remedy such leaks. Learn how to identify problematic building conditions that are commonly associated with water intrusion.
Methods to trace a leak to an area associated with its cause will be covered. Participants will learn how to resolve leaks and improve building details to prevent water intrusion. Additional participants will also learn about the various materials that are available and which materials are effective.
